ICON EVENT HALL POSITIONS

Concerts • Weddings • Corporate Events • Private Parties

EVENT STAFF

Support weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Duties include guest services, setup/breakdown, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Requirements: Customer service skills, flexible availability (evenings/weekends), reliable transportation.

BOX OFFICE / GUEST SERVICES

Be the first face guests see at concerts and events. Handle ticket sales, will call, and guest inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, available for concert nights.

SECURITY

Ensure the safety of guests and staff during concerts and events. Manage crowd flow, check IDs, and maintain a secure environment.

Requirements: Professional demeanor, ability to stand for extended periods, must be 21+.

BARTENDERS

Craft cocktails and serve beverages at concerts, weddings, and events. Create memorable experiences through excellent service.

Requirements: Must be 21+, bartending experience preferred, SD bartender certification.

DADA GASTROPUB POSITIONS

Creative American Cuisine • Craft Cocktails • Located Inside ICON

LINE COOKS

Execute creative American dishes in our scratch kitchen. Work alongside experienced chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements: Kitchen experience preferred, ability to work in fast-paced environment, passion for quality food.

SERVERS

Provide memorable dining experiences for guests enjoying pre-show dinners or special occasions. Knowledgeable about our menu and craft cocktail program.

Requirements: Restaurant experience, friendly personality, available evenings and weekends.

BARTENDERS

Craft signature cocktails and curated beverages in our vibrant gastropub setting. Knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beer a plus.

Requirements: Must be 21+, bartending experience required, SD bartender certification.

HOSTS / SUPPORT STAFF

Welcome guests, manage reservations, and support front-of-house operations. Great entry point into the hospitality industry.

Requirements: Friendly demeanor, organizational skills, available evenings.
