How many people can the ICON Event Hall hold?
The Event Hall can hold anywhere from 15 to 300 people for a seated dinner, if you are looking for more entertainment space or standing room, this capacity can fluctuate.
The Annex can hold anywhere from 2-100. It can seat up to 50 for a seated dinner, or up to 75 standing. This space offers a more intimate setting for special events.
Can we use outside catering vendors for events?
In order to maintain the highest level of quality possible to you, we require all food and drink to be arranged and executed through ICON.
To off-set our food and beverage requirement, we allow outside dessert vendors, as well as other vendors such as photographers, entertainers, florists and professional coordinators.

We offer a full package of information to you, which includes pricing, when you schedule a formal venue tour.

Does the ICON Event Hall offer a bridal suite?
Yes! We have a charming LOFT area that we offer as space for the bridal party to get ready during the day and store their personal belongings throughout the wedding/wedding reception event,
Can I have both my wedding and reception at the ICON Event Hall?
Yes! We can host your ceremony as well as the reception! We have different options available to fit your needs which can all be discussed when you schedule a tour.

What does the venue do to help with planning and setting up and tearing down the event?
ICON offers planning services, set up and tear down, day-of coordination and full kitchen and service staff.
