FLOW Fest is this weekend in Sioux Falls!!!!
A full day of movement, music, and community experience designed to bring you back into your body.
10 movement professionals are offering 60-minute classes: Yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Flow Star Workshop, Breakdance, Sultry Pole, Aerial Silks, Parkour/Primal Movement, Breathwork, and more!!
Throughout the festival, you’ll experience offerings led by local facilitators, including:
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Sawyer Buttweiler of Mistfits Gym
• Breakdancing with Tyler Jaeger
• Parkour/Primal Movement with Levi Mitchell of 605 Ninja
• Yoga with Sierra McKenchie
• Dance & flow toys with Marissa Moller
• Fitness-based movement class- Kelsie Hexum
•Aerial Arts with Tasha from Midwest Aerial Athletics
•Sultry Dance with Kitty from Sultry Strays Pole Exercise
We end the day in Ecstatic Dance🌿🌀 with DJ Aquarian (Brandon Kirkeby), followed by a late-night DJ set from Sad Planet.🪩
Vendor Village includes local artists and small businesses like MoonFarma, Headspace 605, BellaBoo Threads, Kristine’s Artwork, Inner Shimmer with Cheryl, 1221 Wellness, and more!
Whether you’re a seasoned mover or simply curious, this festival is an open invitation to explore movement, support local artists, and reconnect with one another through creativity and play!
