How many people can Icon Event Hall accommodate for corporate events?
Our main event hall holds up to 400 guests for seated dinners or 500+ for cocktail receptions. Our Annex space accommodates up to 75 people for smaller meetings or breakout sessions.
Can we use both spaces for one corporate event?
Yes! Many corporate clients use the Gastropub or Event Hall for general sessions or dinners and our Annex for breakout meetings, VIP receptions, or registration areas.
What table and seating arrangements are available?
We offer round tables (8-10 guests), rectangular banquet tables, classroom-style seating, theater-style seating, cocktail tables, and custom configurations to match your event needs.

What AV equipment is included?
Icon Event Hall provides a professional sound system, wireless microphones, projection capabilities, adjustable house lighting, and technical support. We can accommodate most presentation formats.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?
Yes, tables, chairs, and linens are included with your venue rental. We also provide place settings, glassware, and basic decorations.
Is there a stage or presentation area?
Yes, our venue includes a stage area perfect for presentations, speakers, or entertainment.

Who handles catering for corporate events?
Parker’s Bistro, Sioux Falls’ premier fine dining restaurant, manages all catering for Icon Event Hall with customizable menus for corporate events.
Can we bring our own catering?
We require the use of Parker’s Bistro for food service to ensure quality and proper kitchen facility usage.
What bar service options are available?
We offer full-service bar options including beer, wine, and cocktails. You can choose from cash bar, hosted bar, or drink ticket systems.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, Parker’s Bistro accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements with advance notice.
BOOKING AND LOGISTICS
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for corporate events, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
What are your rental hours?
Standard rental includes 6 hours of event time plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. Extended hours are available.
Is parking available?
