BOOKING AND PLANNING

How do I book an event at ICON Event Hall?

Booking your event at ICON is easy! Simply visit our Book Your Event page and fill out the inquiry form. Our events team will reach out to discuss your vision, available dates, and customize a package that fits your needs. You can also call us at (605) 444-4266 or email events@iconsiouxfalls.com.

Where can I find pricing information?

We offer a full package of information to you, which includes pricing, when you schedule a formal venue tour. Book your tour to schedule a time to explore our venue!

What does the venue do to help with planning, setup, and teardown?

ICON offers comprehensive planning services, including setup and teardown, day-of decorating assistance, and full kitchen and service staff. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure every detail is handled so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Do you have a calendar of events?

VENUE CAPACITY AND SPACES

What event spaces are available at ICON?

ICON offers three unique spaces at one location:

The Gastropub — Our 4,200 square foot main hall accommodates up to 700 guests with a full stage, professional lighting, and AV equipment.

The Event Hall — Our 3,200 square foot event hall accommodates up to 400 guests with elegant Sioux quartzite walls and professional AV equipment.

The Annex — A sophisticated 1,400 square foot dual-level space perfect for intimate gatherings up to 75 guests.

We also offer full venue events combining all spaces for larger celebrations!

Does ICON Event Hall offer a bridal suite?

Yes! We have a charming LOFT area that we offer as space for the bridal party to get ready during the day and store their personal belongings throughout the wedding and reception event. Learn more about our wedding venue amenities.

CATERING AND VENDORS

Can we use outside catering vendors for events?

In order to maintain the highest level of quality possible, we require all food and drink to be arranged and executed through ICON and our in-house culinary team.

To offset our food and beverage requirement, we allow outside dessert vendors, as well as other vendors such as photographers, entertainers, florists, and professional coordinators.

WEDDINGS

Can I have both my wedding ceremony and reception at ICON Event Hall?

Yes! We can host your ceremony as well as the reception! We have different options available to fit your needs which can all be discussed when you schedule a tour. Visit our Weddings page to learn more.
