VENUE & CAPACITY
Which room should I book?
It depends on your size! The Annex is for intimate groups (up to 75). The Event Hall is for medium-large groups (up to 400). The Gastropub is for massive events (up to 700).
What's included in the rental?
Tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and professional event coordination are included. Setup and breakdown are handled by our staff.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! Most decorations are welcome. We’ll discuss decoration guidelines during planning.
CATERING & BAR
Who provides catering?
Parker’s Bistro provides all catering for ICON, ensuring restaurant-quality food for your event.
Is there a bar?
Yes, we have a full-service bar with beer, wine, and craft cocktails. Choose from cash bar, hosted bar, or drink ticket options.
BOOKING & LOGISTICS
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2-6 months in advance for private parties, especially for popular dates like Saturday evenings.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in downtown Sioux Falls near the venue.
